Organic Farming for 2019s
With 2019 vintage, our wines were produced in organic agriculture except for Bourgogne "chardonnay", Bourgogne "pinot noir and Gevrey-Chambertin "Vieilles Vignes". These vineyards will be certified in 2021.
Always in respecting biodynamy principles and in developing some tests with "herbal medecine" methods.
