Our Wines
We produce 14 cuvées, ranging from Regional to Grand Cru appellations. Biodynamic practices have enhanced the vitality and freshness of our wines. Over time, we have increased the percentage of whole bunch fermentation in our Pinot Noirs, from 40% to 100%, depending on the appellation. This vinification choice adds structure and length to the palate. In parallel, we emphasize gentle pump-overs to allow the wines to infuse properly. Our commitment to precision has also led us to introduce new coopers into our barrel cellars.
Our wines, both concentrated and refined, are the expression of their unique terroirs. Whether they are white or red, from Regional, Village, Village Premier Cru or Grand Cru appellations, we dedicate the same passion and care to each bottle, ensuring they offer immediate enjoyment while also possessing the potential for long-term cellaring.
